'The location of this property was a 10!!! We enjoyed a perfect ocean breeze every day. We had a newborn and a toddler so we took lots of walks and the neighborhood was beautiful. The new owner was a gracious host who addressed all of our needs and concerns. The space was nice but needed a few upgrades that the new owner plans to address.'

'We stayed for my Bachelor trip and it was a very good location regarding the casinos which is what we mainly visited for. The house was awesome and the backyard and river access was a huge plus. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area near Foxwoods or Mohegan'

'We loved our stay at this property! Suzanne is very responsive when I reached out to her with questions. Location was convenient to everything and the house was perfect for our family group of 6 adults. Oh, and having the pool to relax in, after a day at the beach was amazing!'

'This was a beautiful property with a ton of charm and fun details throughout! It's also in a great location - very easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. My kid and I even spontaneously walked the 6 minutes to the drawbridge to see it go up at 40 minutes past the hour. I was also impressed by how well the AC worked in all the different parts of the house and found it easy to use. Thanks for a great stay!'

'The property was outstanding! We had a wonderful time and will be coming back for sure! The house was very clean, bright and beachy! 'Had a wonderful time. Caroline was an amazing host. House is easy walk to beach and the beach cart and chairs provided were so helpful. Nice private ish yard and plenty of space to store outdoor beach stuff such as boards and chairs. This is a newer rental so we just recommend a few things such as outdoor table with umbrella, a privacy solution for the shower, and a few more kitchen items. Overall this is a wonderful beach house to rent for a long weekend! Thank you!'
