'We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at the Northwoods cabin! The neighborhood surrounding the cabin was quiet and peaceful so I took advantage of that and went for many walks!Additionally my kids kayaked and paddle boarded in the lake in the backyard. Luckily there was a boat rental, and we were able to rent a pontoon for the day! We had beautiful weather and were able to check out the chain of lakes. ' We came up from Kansas City and stayed Sunday to Saturday. Everything we needed for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat worked great. 'The renovated Barn was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The views of the river were gorgeous it is in a central location very quiet. The extra shed was nice to spend time in because one of my sons is allergic to mosquitoes . We also had an amazing adventure on the river. We rescued a barn owl that was stuck in fishing line hanging from a tree. So amazing. We would stay here in a heartbeat again.'

'This was the perfect setting for our group of friends who have been best buddies for well over 50 years. We could relax and enjoy reminiscing without a care in the world. 'House is very nice, very clean and has everything you need! Comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone. Wautoma is only 9 minutes away if you need anything. The lake is small (as indicated) but it’s so clean and the bottom is mostly sand. Great Lake for family fun! ( not so great for fishing) We really enjoyed our long weekend there!'

'The house was just as pictured, beautiful and spacious, overlooking tall pines and a few short steps to the lake. Lake was clean, great for swimming, tubing, paddle boarding and fishing. Hosts were very responsive and took care of an unforeseen issue in a timely manner. Had a great time (despite the weather!) and we already are thinking of returning next year. Highly recommend. '
