'Un superbe appartement très bien situé. Le bus passe tout proche et le métro à moins d'un quart d'heure de marche. Appartement très bien équipé et hôte super disponible pour répondre à vos questions. Pour les français, petite subtilité pour la douche, il faut tirer sur l'anneau autour du robinet pour actionner le pommeau de douche. 'This is a lovely, basic property with all the necessities in a great location. I really appreciated how easy it was to reach the host, who was always very accommodating of our requests. We felt very pleased with selecting this unit for our trip. Loved how convenient it was for walking (to Times Square, Bryant Park, Grand Central Station) and using the subway to get to Upper East Side, SoHo, Canal Street and Wall Street. There are lots of great stops for food in the area and several in our group...

'Its in a great location to the places you want to see. The bus service is very close by and easy to get to. Less than 2 minutes away. When we got there we had a couple of issues and we texted D.R. and responded quickly and took care of the issue. One thing I can say they responded back quickly with all the questions we had before our stay. Just below the apartment there a Rocky's Pizza by the slice. One of the greatest pizza around. A lot of choices to choose from. There is a coffee shop...

'This could be a wonderful property, but it needs some work. Air conditioning was marginal. Shower/tub drained VERY slowly. Needed missing extension cord to plug in the main lamp. Could not access freezer drawers due to tight kitchen space. No privacy blinds on the windows. Other little things as well, but you get the idea. Property manager responded to requests for extension cord and additional towels and late check out, but ignored our concerns regarding the drainage issues. '

'We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights in February and could easily have stayed a month... The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and a very short walk from dozens of great restaurants and shops, as well as the subway. Considering that the apartment is only one flight up from a vibrant street and has lots of windows, we couldn't believe how quiet it was. The owner sent along really clear instructions in advance -- checking in and out couldn't have been easier. We would definitely stay here...
