This wasn’t a problem for us, but I could understand light sleepers or people hoping for a quiet or romantic stay being turned off.For communication, Claudia was great and very detailed. 'Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.'

'The room was clean. The host for the most part was amazing with communication. The only thing I have to say is that we asked for the rollaway around noon time and I had to follow up when we got back to the room at 8:30 p.m. because it hadn't been delivered. But they were very prompt once I contacted them and we had it within a half an hour. Also the host was amazing and let us in our room when we got there at noon time rather than making us wait until 4:00 p.m.!'

'The location was a great landing point with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The MTA was a 5 minute walk so getting around was easy. And of course there were tons of food options everywhere! Would definitely stay again!'
