"Ik houd erg van het Ruby hotel concept. Of je nu in Londen bent, Düsseldorf, je krijgt dezelfde hoge kwaliteit service en ruime kamers met styling die mij erg bevalt. Dit hotel heeft styling met thema Circus. Dat komt terug in de lobby en de koffiecorner. Het was weer een fantastische Ruby-ervaring, mede ook dankzij het heel gastvrije personeel, wat er alles aan doet om je verblijf tot een top-ervaring te maken; Marcelo, Su en Chiara. De locatie is ook prima; gezellige straat met veel winkels en horeca, vlakbij station Waterloo. Op een paar minuten loopafstand is een passage onder het station door met fantastische graffity. Al met al had ik een heerlijk verblijf. Van harte aanbevolen."
