'This was our first stay on the south end of Kauai and this property with its location and accessibility to the beach and sites in the area was ideal. Our apartment was very nice, comfortable, welcoming. Appreciate the amenities of the complex, towel service, check in, parking. '

'Spent one week at this lovely beachfront property. All 9 of us, that included 6 adults and 3 small kids had an excellent time. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable. Brennecke's was 100 feet across the street and Poipu was a quick 5 minute walk. It was hot the week we were there and needed to run the AC as much as possible. Each of the 4 bedrooms had its own AC as did the living room. The one in the living room was by far the best with each of those in the bedrooms being adequate at best....

'The condo was in a perfect location and we loved being able to walk out the sliding door to the green grass and water. Greg was very easy to communicate with and gave us great information regarding activities and restaurant recommendations before our arrival. Would definitely come back! '

'This is a lovely unit; check-in instructions were straightforward and sent 48 hours ahead of time. The unit was 100% as pictured - great views, comfortable, clean, attractive, and fully stocked (and then some). Everything you could possibly need was provided (more than most rentals), and there were basic grocery items for your use (salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee packs, filters, etc.) I would highly recommend this rental and would happily rent from this owner again. 'This condo was wonderful! The location is breathtaking. Truly magnificant to wake up every morning to the crashing waves and watch the sunset at night. This location is simply STUNNING! The owners thought of everything! From the Keurig coffee in stock, to dish detergent, laundry detergent, and a Brita pitcher were great attention to detail and little conveniences that made is extra nice. I really appreciated a variety of quality wine glasses, the high quality bedding, and the beach chairs and...
