'The property was well kept and the adjacent beach was a draw for beginner surfers. It wasn’t flat so not a lot of area to spread out chairs. You need to be aware that each unit is different. Ours was carpeted which was unusual for a beach property. There was no AC in the unit (standard at this resort) and it was quite humid at the end of September. We requested a box fan for the room which was a life saver. Our unit did not have any grilling tools for the Barbq and there were no xtras to borrow...

'As advertised. Nice location next to Poipu Beach. Quiet unit on the top floor. Air conditioning kept the unit cool during the hot and humid nights. Grab beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie board from the closet and walk to Poipu Beach for excellent snorkeling. 'My Mom who is a resident of Kauai highly recommended that we stay at the Kiahuna Planatation as it is a perfect location for families and a hidden Oasis. We had an amazing time staying at the Ukulele Oasis.
