'Let me start this review by saying that this rental is completely SHARED space. (Since the renter didn’t feel the need to list that anywhere on his rental listing.) We showed up to check into our rental and were totally shocked to find an entire family already staying inside it. We woke up to babies screaming, children running around, and doors being slammed. The renter pays someone to “clean” the property, yet all 4 days we were here all 3 trash cans in the kitchen were full to the brim with...

'This would be ideal for a young people who aren’t bothered by very thing walls and others coming in at all hours of the night. All rooms are next to the stairs so no way of avoiding the thin walls and noise. The kitchen was useful but the trash and recycling was overfilled and quite smelly. The queen mattress was painful, very stiff. The door handle to the bedroom broke off multiple times. Overall, can’t recommend.'

'Very enjoyable overall. Clean and well appointed. Amazing view and welcoming waterfront amenities. Instructions posted in the room were helpful. Pest control tech was spraying for spiders on the patio while we were in the room sitting and looking outside, not a big deal but worthy of mention.'

'Great place to stay, I would not recommend if you have knee-problems are old age, because this place has stairs (we were on the third floor). There were issues with the internet as we had to use someone’s internet during our stay. And the air conditioning unit would blow cold air on top and hot air on the sides. We would come back to a hot hot room. Other than that, it was in a safe neighborhood and the bus stop was conveniently in front of the place!'

'Alexandra and Harry were wonderful hosts - so kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. Their guest house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. 'Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed.
