'Got no sleep my first night there from 2am-5:30am due to loud disturbances out in the hallway, couple arguing for hours and slamming doors non stop, throwing items out into the hallway. Attempted to call front desk multiple times and went straight to voicemail.'

'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

While the photos on the website are pretty accurate and the rooftop deck and views exceeded my expectations, just a reminder that it’s nearly adjacent to the airport; that’s one thing, and Mack’s wax ear plugs allowed me to sleep like a baby! What was loud and may be startling for you is when your neighbors - above, below, beside - closes the steel gates that lead into your private and very spacious outdoor area to enter your apt/room; and what sounded like horse...

'Household provisions were supplied, so with the hot and humid temps in August, I was able to get fresh laundry done regularly. Everything from laundry soap to Keurig coffees were provided. Love, love, love the rooftop pool with a fabulous view of downtown San Diego and the beautiful sunsets. Team members are friendly, kind, and very helpful in every way. Will return!'
