'Room and location were good. The Expedia listing stated "free self parking" which is not entirely correct. On weekends, you can park on the street for free if you find a space, but there is no free parking facility at the hotel. The listing on Expedia is misleading. Valet parking is available for $35 per day.'

'Pretty good overall but on balance not sure we save much money over a hotel. The checkin was great and host was flexible on checkout although we didnt need it in the end. Location is great (Times Square walkable) etc. However, the downstairs rooms have a pretty low ceiling. The single room has an AC that can only be controlled via on/off switch but it has a heating pipe running though it so hard to get that right in winter. In the end a solid choice.'

'The owners communicated promptly. The instructioms for entering was easily umderstood. The unit is much larger than expected and was clean..We felt safe (all womens trip) and there were restaurants literally less than a block that we enjoyed. Will stay again if ever in NYC!'
