'The resort was first class. We loved the Onsen which they had both private and public. They had no restrictions on Tattoos. The breakfast was great and we saved a lot of money on dinners since they had free wine, soups, miso, udon, etc every afternoon. '

'Nice and kind staff. Easy going. Clean. Nice breakfast. I am vegetarian and I was a bit limited but made do. A lot of fish/meat dishes. Skiing: easy free shuttles from the hotel and back. They have cheaper lift tickets for sale at the hotel. Had a nice home cooked meal nearby. The only issue is most of the laundry machines were out of service and the one available took 4 hours and the clothes were still damp. So I would only hope that they fix the laundry. '

'Check out was smooth and good. I was able to check out early and was given a refund with a small cancelation feel. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room which was my mistake but I was unable to change the room due to no vacancies. Amenities were very good and the room was comfortable for the price. It was conveniently located and near the main station.
