'Clean , plenty space'

'This place some how goes by three different names! The check in was extremely difficult! The parking only accommodates 1 vehicle. The ceiling fans in the rooms didn’t work, on arrival the suite was hot, it smelled of wet dogs! The entire facility smells. I couldn’t figure out how to close the window blinds in the living area, they actually looked broken. This place looks like you’ve entered a jail or prison facility, if I had to describe one. 'Convenient location, modern and clean.'

'The property was nice, didn't have the basketball hoop inside as it showed in the picture, but that was not big deal it had another game. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that my family couldn't go anywhere when i took the key and fob to work with me. Realized we could get the app the day before we left. Overall great for travel for business, if you bring your family be aware that there is homeless that hang out in the alley near the property and my family didn't really want to walk anywhere....

'Elevator went out several times, I was on the 6th floor. Garbage disposal doesn't work, no iron board, water doesn't drain in tub, standing in water EVERY shower. Kitchen towels smelled dirty, nasty. Didn't use just bought new one's. Bed were so very uncomfortable, sheets cheap and scratchy. Washed the velour blankets and used as top and bottom sheets. Bedrooms blind do not close due to cheap,old, bent blinds. Livingroom blinds fell off when I tried to open to see the garage on opposite side as...

'clean and good communication'

'The unit was very clean and had a beautiful view. The location was convenient to downtown and everything was within walking distance. We felt safe in the area and the 24/7 security was great. We did have 1 issue on night one however the host was very responsive & maintenance was there within a short time to fix the problem. No other issues after that and our stay was great!'
