'The stay was absolutely surreal. Breakfast was worth the extra $20/pp USD so don't skip. The Onsen was a really neat experience and the body & hair products were literally top notch. The only complaint are the pillows. They are really bad. Luckily walking 20k steps means you can sleep on the ground you are so tired. Would stay again but maybe buy a pillow. Like for real for real.'

'We have a room with a little bit more space then the room of our friends at the same floor. The hotel is quite new. There are enough USB charging points in the room. Unfortunately the USB at my bed side was not working. The breakfast is quite good, Enough Japanese and western food to choose. Location is good, 1 stop from Kyoto train station and walking distance to the center'
