'I enjoyed the attentiveness of the staff making the stay super comfortable. Samantha at the front desk is incredible. Hermando who was our private chef was incredible. I just wished the resort assisted us with transportation to and from the airport. It was said since we booked via expedia rather than directly with the resort they don’t provide transportation. 'I people that work there are always happy, very helpful and super courteous. Keyla at the jewelry store was very nice and easy to talk to. The prices are reasonable at the jewelry shop too. The food at all the restaurants and the buffets were very very good. I recommend putting the closed shoe requirement for men on your web site. I was at a beach resort! Who brings shoes to the beach? If I new up front from the beginning I would have worn sneakers.'
