'The property itself is decent and convenient, but I have to say it wasn’t as clean or comfortable as I would’ve liked. As far as I can tell the windows didn’t open which caused a stiff feeling in the air. There’s only one sink for the bathroom and kitchenette so be mindful. I’d suggest bringing some form of entertainment as there’s no tv. shower curtain had mildew or grime, and since the property was on the first floor we had some instances with centipedes from the basement crawling into the...

'This apartment obviously hasn't been seen by the owner of the property in a while, or else they have no pride in their listing whatsoever.
The floors were filthy (including the rugs), the TV was partially smashed, the sink in the bathroom is literally hanging off the wall and unusable. The smoke detectors are falling off the wall. There are no plates.
I'm going to be asking for a refund, the amount we paid to sleep in an uncomfortable bed in a barely habitable apartment is ridiculous. This...

'The room was fine for what I needed for, I was in for the Penn Relays. For the most part, it was clean with plenty of in room amenities but did not have a TV. The only real negative was that I got locked out of my bedroom for approximately 2 hours in the middle of the night, because there was a passcode lock on the door and it shut behind me and locked. 'This room is way too small. They used the cheapest things possible for bedding. The pillows were old and bumpy. Bathroom smelled like sewer every time we used the sink. Not enough plugs to charge phones. Not in a safe as area was depicted to be.'

'This one bedroom was perfect for 2 nights at The Mann. Less than 2 miles, very convenient. The place was very thoughtfully decorated and definitly gave a homey vibe. Went above and beyond with extra amenities. The little outdoor area was so cute! To add that it’s street parking so you may need to park a block away, but such is life. Thank you again'
