'This was by far the best stay we’ve ever had in our MANY Miami vacations. The unit was pristine, huge and perfect for our family of 4. We felt like home. Having all the amenities and service of the four seasons was exceptional. the pool was beautiful and not crowded, even over spring break. We didn’t have to deal with any loud kids jumping in the pool, or spring breakers. I can’t wait to get back again. It was so sad to leave!!! '

'I arrived with a super confusing check-in, no available parking in or out of the building. The apartment is dirty. Hair on the shower wall, one of the bed sheets was NOT CHANGED, smells used. The shower door doesn't close, the apartment is in mediocre condition, toilet paper towels, soap worthy of a 2-star hotel. We Host's service is terrible. False advertising. I will make a severe criticism on Expediia.'
