'Great getaway...beautiful grounds. Unfortunately there was a lot of sea moss at the beach...so a bit difficult to navigate through the waters; however, there was another beach within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff was great!!! I give it a 10/10. One thing I would recommend is renting a car as transportation was expensive.'

'Michaela’s house is absolutely wonderfull, the appartement has everything you need, the snorkeling and supping is perfect, just in front of the house. The pool is nice for the kids and the complimentary reef shoes, snorkeling gear, beach toys for the kids etc is reallifesoap comforting. On top of that: Nice to have your house cleaned every day. Only critical point I can think of is the price of the house: as we were in low season in early May, the value for money was perfect, but in high season...

'The view is simply amazing! The neighborhood around the condo is calm and walkable with a few good restaurants within a short stroll. We loved it!'

'Akumal is a special town that I have visited for over 25 years. This was my first time staying at LaSerina. Such a lovely location. The courtyard gardens are full of beautiful tropical plants, and is beautifully maintained. There is a large lovely pool in the center of this courtyard. The condo was decorated in traditional Mexican decor with lots of nice personal touches. The staff were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Beautiful property, just like the photos, fantastic views. Gina was helpful and responded to all our questions. Property was cleaned every day which was a nice bonus. Pity about the sargussum but this is global warming. Restaurants easily walkable to great place to chill.'

'This place is super clean and cute and is everything they said it would be. The view is astounding! I know they have no control of this, but the sargasso was 3 ft high on the small beach ringing the entire bay, and 20 feet out from the shore. Sad to say, though it's one of my favorite places in the world, the Riviera Maya has got to figure this out!'
