'Staff was friendly'

'Friendly staff, clean room.'

'Very comfortable room with a couch and end table. Nice counter space and nice walkin shower in Bathroom. Good bagels. Coffee insert not compatible with the coffee maker. Toilet seat installed incorrectly. No Detroit Tigers station on TV. No freezer for blue ice in mini fridge. Inedible sausage. Some sort of imitation cardboard for breakfast. Oranges were tasteless. Must have been picked green.'

'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....

'I will never stay here again. We arrived AFTER CHECK IN and was told our room wasn’t ready.. ok no biggy I guess. TWO HOURS LATER, was told they found us a room and said some boxers came in and wanted rooms and basically gave mine away! ALLLL NIGHT and when I mean ALL night I mean it, it sounded like a wrestling match all around us! I called and went down there and kept being told “I’ll talk to them”… I almost did my self! Finally got to sleep after 1am! Woke up at 7 to get breakfast at 730...

'Upon arrival the front desk staff was prompt, professional and helpful. Very easy check in process. Got to my room and the musty smell while I opened the door was quite strong. Smells like carpet that needs a desperate cleaning. The room was clean, other than stains and wear marks on the chair and ottoman(so bad I wouldn’t even set anything on it). The air conditioner/heat unit was overly loud and had a rattling noise all night long. The bathroom vent fan/light combo was the loudest one I ever...

'I had a vip access, but what is it. It was still the same as the other hotels. Breakfast was not so good, orange juice was like water! '
