'Great location and the hosts were wonderful. There were minimal dishes and items for cooking and there were no towels for drying dishes. Made it difficult to cook food. The bedding was very thin bedding with no extra blankets. I did ask the hosts for some and they were very nice about it and brought some the next day. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. This made for a rough few nights of sleeping. Aside from those negatives though, we enjoyed being right downtown in the Gaslamp...

'The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. The parking space was key since the garages around there are very expensive and street parking is hard to come by. Their is a pretty big homeless population there, however, so that is something to be aware of.'

'I liked the the room looked nicer than on the pictures! It took a while for the deposit to go back, no place to do laundry, the tv wasn’t a smart tv, the shower didn’t drain well, and they charged for parking. It was a fairly reasonable price to stay the night and they let me leave the car there while me and my guest got breakfast at Achilles down the street (a cool outdoor coffee shop) when we checked out.'

'Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting…..'

'Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff is friendly. What I did not like is the 4pm check in. Because it is so late everyone checks in at that time but the n the desk was understaffed with just one person, the line was huge. I also did not like that other hotel guests prominently warned us not to use the elevators because they would get stuck. I’m claustrophobic and the elevator was really hot so we chose to walk the stairs. I feel the staff should have warmed us about it at the checkin.'
