'The owner is very responsive and that’s a definite plus. Property was definitely smaller than the pictures made it look. Ran into a drainage problem with the shower but the owner came right out while we were touring the city, and fixed it. Towels was a slight issue (not enough) but was quickly resolved. Found some ants is a few spots but I take it that’s a seasonal thing because the property had plenty of ant repellents on hand. All in all not a bad stay.'

'This place is a fixed up comfortable & importantly affordable. While there was only 1 bathroom we made it work, again very good price. More than ample supplies I even did a load of wash, everything needed was there including kitchen tools. Easily accessible to airport, MCRD San Diego, and downtown. Incredible effective AC units.'

'Great house and equipped with what you need. It is in a neighborhood but it is quite.One thing that would be a nice addition would be a dresser to put your clothes in. If we ever have an extended stay in San Diego again we will be looking this place up.'

'The property was awesome. Close to all. Host was awesome. I would like to suggest some things. Maybe do extra bug spraying I got bit up. But I get that And the mattress is very hard terrible sleep need to be bigger. And softer . And also why no tv in bedroom I love having tv in my room and I really think others do also and I would love to have a tv in there. They do sell arms to move around and u don’t need to hang from wall. Thank u to a great host love your place'
