'This property is newly renovated. The staff go out of their way to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. I was in a room in the basement level, which I hesitated at first, but it was very secure and quiet. Great hotel in an area close to Notting Hill, the Quensway and Westbourne Grove. Close to subway (Notting Hill Gate) and (Bayswater) and bus routes. Very easy to get around. Right near Kensington Palace and gardens. '

'The only good thing is the location. We didn't even had curtains in our (twin)room and the staff acted like this is normal!! Loose electricity wires, no toiletpaper in 3 bathrooms for several days, window couldn't close, shower filled with hairs. Staff was friendly but not very accomodating. The building could use some renovation. I wouldn't stay here again and I won't recommend this hostel to anyone!'

'It was a beautiful building in a nice area. Hyde park at the other side of the road. Underground at a 5 minute walk and busstop just around the corner. Nice pub along the road. Good place to stay. Hotel is outdated. But we don't mind.'
