'The photos on website was not as awesome as the actual rooms.'

'We booked a handicap accessible room. It was good for my husband. He has had a pain on one of his knees. The staff in the front desk were very helpful. When my friend’s’ room was leaking, they changed my friend to another room right away. The air conditioning was good. The balcony was wonderful when we watched the sunrise. It faces to the ocean and the sun. When the sun rises, the light just directly shines through our room. Overall, it’s great place to stay with a reasonable price.'

'Staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was that the floor we was on with our children smelled like marijuana the whole time which made it very frustrating. Other than that it was a nice place.'

'Room 211 was riddled with issues. I only stayed 1 night fortunately. The shower door was on a track and wouldn't stay closed so I had to place a bottle of bodywash to keep it shut. By morning I figured out the coffee marker couldn't be plugged in so I moved it to the desk. Finally, the bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter. I informed the desk clerk at checkout. She said thanks for letting her know but didn't offer an adjustment for the inconvenience. I will never waste miney there again.'

'The property was in excellent condition, the staff was super friendly, helpful and helped plan most of our trip. Definitely one of the highlights of our vacation here.'

'Price quality of location and condition'

'This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view...

'Suited its purpose for a last minute trip with family to the beach. Hotel was a 3 minute walk to beach and close enough to the board walk to walk to restaurants. Didn’t like that they charged for parking'

'Cleaning staff didn't clean our room. There was hair on the bathroom floor, burnt coffee in the bottom of the coffee maker, food debris on the pots and pans, and the floor was turning our socks brown.'

'Het uitzicht is schitterend, recht aan het strand. Prima ontbijt om je dag mee te starten. Hier zou ik zeker terug naar toe gaan. '
