'Communication with the host, Vicky, is amazing. The condo is exactly as described. (If not better!) If you are a first timer to this location, you will love it and want to book again. It’s an easy walk to John’s Pass, the beach, live music, boat tours, shopping, and plenty of food places. You can’t beat the view. From time to time there will be up to four charter fishing boats in the water right outside your door. It’s fun to watch them get ready to go out and return from a trip. I have battled...

'This is the second time we have stayed at this location in the last two months. Definitely one of our favorites! We chartered a captained yacht and they were able to pull right up to our dock and pick us up. Everything is so conveniently close and in walking distance. Already planning our next trip back!'

'Cozy studio with comfy bed and lots of personalized and thoughtful touches that makes you feel at home. Space was private and clean with books and games available to use. Outdoor area is really well put together & super aesthetic! Easy checkin and checkout instructions. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Short drive to downtown and beach! Would definitely recommend! '

'We loved the location so close to the beach, and the unit was completely stocked with everything we needed, including a noise machine! Coco's on the corner was a great place to hang out, listen to live music, and the shrimp was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.'

'This property is in a great location on the North side of Clearwater beach and away from the business. Definitely more quiet and more open beach (only 2 blocks away!). For the price, this was an excellent place to stay. Would definitely consider staying here again. '
