I was a little disappointed with the location of our room as we were assigned the second last room # 2628, which was quite a ways from the ocean not far from the road and overlooking the resort next door. The room was listed as an ocean view room but the only way to see the ocean was to go out on the balcony and look between the 2 buildings. '

'Het was een goed hotel! Prima geleden bij een winkelcentrum. Wij waren hier 2 dagen. Dit was ook meteen meer dan genoeg omdat er niet al te veel in cancun te doen is. Personeel is super vriendelijk! Een dikke 10 '

'Would I stay again yes the room served it’s purpose and the view made up for its flaws. My Room was clean ,comfy bed -great ocean views. They provide you with 2 bottles of complimentary water. My room had a bit of an oder,toilet didn’t flush well, room could use updating a little outdated.Most of the staff were nice the ones selling excursions where the nicest. Restaurant didn’t offer a variety of food options.Same options daily. A convenient store across the street and not expensive. Outdoor...
