'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'The staff are all friendly. The food are marvelous and very tasty. I just dont like our room, you can hear the noise of the water from the pipe from other rooms. The concierge doesnt have foreign exchange but overall experience was great. Will definitely come back and recommend! '

'The only bad thing of this Resort, we did not like that the bars around the pool they all close at 6 pm..... and if you wanted some alcoholic drink the only bar inside won't service you because you are wet, how do they expect us to be dry if we were in the pool!!!!! everything else excellent service staff are awesome. Just to many ridicules resort rules. '

'Very large, spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the airport, making it ideal for a stopover while traveling through Mexico. For longer stays, there are perhaps better options nearby with access to beach facilities.'

'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'
