'Yes, on the water! Drop off and pick up by a water taxi. No lugging suitcases through the streets of Venice like a tourist. Everything is in walking distance from the apartment. There are a number of local restaurants near the apartment that are excellent and not tourist traps. There are Vaporetto stops near the apartment if needed. 'This is a very nice home in the heart of Cannaregio, Venice. Rialto Bridge, St. Mark's Square, Restaurants, Super market and shopping are all very close by. We enjoyed our stay at this home and would certainly recommend it to other. A couple of things to keep in mind. This home is on the second floor, so if you have luggage, you will have to carry it up 2 floors. The address to the home is a bit confusing and we had a little bit of trouble getting to the home.
