'This is a new hotel which is probably the only reason why it is still reasonably clean and not run down. Nothing, I repeat, nothing is included in the price of the room. It has a full kitchen, but no kitchen ware to cook with… but there is an option to buy them at the front desk. 1 pot, 1 pan, no kitchen utensils. Had to go out and buy them if I wanted to use the kitchen for anything other than the fridge and microwave, which is available in most regular hotel rooms. Not sure what the point is...

'Our room was dirty, there were fake eyelashes attached to the night stand, we saw it the next morning. Our toilet kept running but we didn't notice until bed time. I had reserved a room w/ queen beds, noticed at night the beds were only full size but it was late. Tried to use the pool, the main reason I booked it but there was a horrible constant noise running in the pool and the tiles were broken, the hot tub would not get hot.
