'Didnt get told that you have to insert card into a slot to get electricity stumbled around with a light from my phone till i found the little slot on the wall with instructions should of been told that by staff when checking in also room never cooled down lower then 77 i didnt complain because i figured it would cool down thru the nite but it didnt breakfast was ok staff doing the breakfast were very nice also pool was very dirty and no pool toweles i had to go in and ask for towels. ...

'The AC Hotel in Arizona has a beautifully cozy atmosphere and a stunning building design. Unfortunately, the room itself was very small, and the narrow corridor made it difficult to navigate with our luggage, especially with the cleaning staff in the way. Overall, a lovely stay but just a bit cramped for comfort.'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'
