'This property was so clean, cozy, and quiet. It was perfect for us to spread out and instantly felt at home. It was very close to many restaurants and Wegmans. Neighborhood was lovely and neighbors didn’t make a peep. No dog barking either. We will consider this property again when visiting our daughter at RIT. The hostess was very attentive and proactively contacted me before and during the stay.'

'We had a lovely few nights in this gem of a home. The house is lovely and well cared for, and the back yard was a quiet getaway from our busy trip attending our daughter's graduation from U or R and all the associated events. Thanks for a great stay!'

'We enjoyed the opportunity to have our pups join us on this mini-vaca with family from our of state. The home is clean and comfortable and convenient to all Rochester has to offer.'

'This was an amazing place all new appliances perfect location just a mile from the state boat launch, we brought a baby gate to keep our pets in the yard and kept our 23ft boat on the dock. The property was the most well stocked we have ever stayed at. The dock is far enough out and the depth was about 4-5 feet at the end of the dock. Bed was very comfortable views couldn’t be beat! If we had one small complaint it would be that the dock needs cleats. Perfect place for a getaway on the lake...

'This was the perfect spot. Walking distance to friendly restaurants. Close to golf courses and grocery. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Jed was very informative and had excellent communication before and during our stay. '

'Plenty of space! Clean! The batteries in a remote were not working, host sent a local delivery service with replacement batteries and a chocolate cake! Great communication! It was a rainy weekend but there was plenty of indoor activities especially in the game garage. Would definitely book again!!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!!'

'Very cute place! Enough bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 people! Also, Jed was very responsive to all of my messages. Highly recommend renting this home if you have a big group of people. '
