'This was my fourth visit to newport. I had not seen Middletown before. But this was a lovely quiet area. Cute house. It’s a duplex, but no one was staying next-door. It was very quiet. It’s a perfect size for a couple or a small family. Has everything you need. Comfortable beds. House is warm in the winter and has AC in the summer. The kitchen is fully stocked. 'Very cute cottage. Nice place to be if you want peace and quiet. Plus the water is only a 60-second walk down the street with a picnic bench to sit at. Beds are together in one room, so it’s convenient if coming with a couple of kids. Convenient parking right outside the front door. We will return.'

'Beautiful home with lots of space on the river. I loved paddle boarding in the morning, and the kids loved throwing rocks in the river and playing pool. Beds are comfortable and amenities- cookware, towels, soaps were good. There’s a corner store and grocery store nearby. Communication with host company was quick and easy. We’ll be returning:) '

'This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. '
