'We loved our stay! Our host was very attentive which made our check in and out, easy. The house was FULLY stocked which was a huge plus. We would absolutely consider renting again on our next trip.Although it did not detract from the overall stay, I would like to warn guests (especially older guests) of the raised dining room, which you can see in the property photos. 'Very cute cottage. Nice place to be if you want peace and quiet. Plus the water is only a 60-second walk down the street with a picnic bench to sit at. Beds are together in one room, so it’s convenient if coming with a couple of kids. Convenient parking right outside the front door. We will return.'

'This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. '

'Stayed with five people. The bedroom layout was perfect for us, and all the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the brand new coffee maker and plenty of pods. And there was adequate space to hang out altogether.'

'No pets on this trips. Found some great food and very cute “boutique” home decor shops nearby. House was beautiful. Beds were cloud comfy and we all slept great. Decks on every floor. Roof top deck was perfect for pictures and star gazing. The elevator was a bonus feature for us, as we had our 90 yo mother with us. With a bedroom on the main floor, she had everything she needed all on one floor. Management team was fantastic. Very friendly and kind. Check in was exactly as stated and very easy....

'The property was very nice and accommodated us well. We had a wonderful family reunion and enjoyed the location of the house which was close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. The outdoor space was great! The park was nearby and very nice as well. My two comments would be the kitchen prep area was smaller than expected. We did pay for a late checkout but received a text our last morning that we were to check out at 10 am. , which was unexpected and had us hustling to get everything in...
