'We stayed at Riverside by the Beach Apartments for 14 nights with two adults and three children, booked through Expedia as part of a flight-and-hotel package. Our experience was extremely disappointing. During our 14-night stay, there was no regular housekeeping and no replacement of towels or bed linens. I had to contact the property during our stay because I found it unreasonable to remain for two weeks without proper cleaning or fresh linens. The most serious issue occurred after we checked...

'The location was excellent with close access to the beach, park, and walkable restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. There was a nice courtyard/ green space that was well kept up. Very quiet in the evenings. It was advertised with a queen bed, but there was only a double when we checked in. Still waiting for our damage deposit .'

'Based on the price, the room was excellent, quiet area, staff courteous during booking, close proximity to shopping areas and transportation. Room was clean and all necessities provided were to our approval. Only discomfort was the bed as the mattress was not comfortable which left me with aches to my back during the stay. I would recommend upgrading the mattress type for better sleep. Overall a budget friendly space that would be considered again.'

'Very nice spot'

'This place was so nice and quaint just right for a family of 2 or 3 or a couple. It was very clean bedroom clean, extra pillows and blanket, good amount of bath towels and amenities. Easy entrance access and the neighborhood was beautiful close to food stores and beach. I would definitely stay there again. 5+ Stars.'
