'I appear to be the first person who stayed in this condo to write a review. The 9.6 rating is from "similar" properties. Not my experience. The sign up and check-in was messy and unprofessional. The online "host' would not give me the address of the place -- even the day before our arrival. I had to call Great Dwellings headquarters in NY to put me in contact with the manager in San Jose de Cabo. He sent me a pin to a google map that lead to the wrong location! Took a couple hours to find the...

'We loved it again and hope to come back again next year. The only thing we would change is to have wifi in all the bedrooms and better pots/pans/knives. Otherwise it is a wonderful stay.'

'The house was fantastic and was the perfect fit for our family trip. The place is only one house back from the beach, so we were out there all the time enjoying the water. 'This Spanish style house is beautifully decorated with little touches that let you know you are in Mexico. It's a great set up with plenty of Privacy when traveling with others. The gated community feels safe and secure. The beach is within walking distance and shopping nearby. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.
