'The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....

'Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

'Our stay was good and we appreciated the host’s communication! We had enough room for the 3 of us. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The garbage collection occurred on one of the mornings of our stay and it was quite loud and woke us up an hour earlier than we would’ve wanted but that’s not something the host can control of course.'

'This one bedroom was perfect for 2 nights at The Mann. Less than 2 miles, very convenient. The place was very thoughtfully decorated and definitly gave a homey vibe. Went above and beyond with extra amenities. The little outdoor area was so cute! To add that it’s street parking so you may need to park a block away, but such is life. Thank you again'

'We stayed Sun - Wed during our kids SpringBreak. The property was great and looks exactly like the pictures shown. It was very clean and the directions to get into the property were very helpful! It looked a little shady at first because the door is a side door in an alley but it was fine. The parking deck do the Marriott is right there and you can take advantage of the parking- BUT parking is expensive - it was 188 to park there overnight for 4 days. The reading market is across the street...
