'The A/C worked once we made a call and had to access the adjoining unit and switch the unit to heat. We were there and it was COLD but, understandably, the A/C units were set to COOL and not HEAT therefore we had no heat night 1. Once we got that fixed the rest was good. The hot tub was a little bit on the dirty side once the jets kicked on but, didn't stop us from enjoying a drink. 'Everything was great! The hot tub heater broke down and the hosts got the service guy out the next day to repair it. Unfortunately, they had to order a part and it was not working for the remainder of our stay (2 nights). That was a bummer, but out of the hosts control.'
