'Great vibe , i went for my birthday with my wife and it was a great time ! Different variety of foods and the drinks were good. The parties on site were great and I usually don’t dance but the vibe called for it. Very helpful guest and great couple massages. I would go again 10/10 recommend. '

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'Staff was very friendly, attentive, warm, helpful and welcoming. Room was good, shower wasn’t the best drainage wise, besides that it was great. Room had a beautiful view. Pool was cleanly, lounge area was decently kept. Food was superb, I was pleasantly surprised that just about everything was delicious. This is a wonderful resort to unplug and reset. 'Clean room but the washroom handle in our room are broken we cant close it but doesnt bother us cause were couple staff are friendly just the food not too good though or just my palate '

'Had a lovely 5 night stay . Food at the all day dinning restaurant Vela had much more flavour to it compared to the some of the speciality restaurant. The Italian restaurant La Luce has a fantastic view with a amazing sunset. The food there was also good. Housekeeping and room service does take a while but this is to be expected given the size of the property. Overall a pleasant stay.'

'Very large, spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the airport, making it ideal for a stopover while traveling through Mexico. For longer stays, there are perhaps better options nearby with access to beach facilities.'

'Had multiple issues with the safe, food was not the greatest. Could really use music at the adult only pool. The jetted tub was nasty and we would not use it. Room had a great view, our pool attendant was the best'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Our first time in Mexico was AMAZING. The resort was clean, good food and amazing staff. The only thing we’d say if that housekeeping was inconsistent, we ran out of water and body lotion and had to request more often. Otherwise it was AMAZING. Definitely recommend!'

'We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...
