'The rooms are amazing. The atmosphere is awesome, the staff are exceptional. Very helpful and will make sure your requests are met! I needed this vacation and it was extremely relaxing and just what I needed. Expedia - hotels always say book direct because you have more options! Well let me just say - because of Expedia, every night there was a thank you from Expedia with a note. And we always had something special for us at the table. 'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). With kids, we didn't make full use of the extra bars available to Enclave but the beach side room and balcony was well worth it (and the dedicated check in area). 'This was our second stay. The hotel is clean, food decent, bartenders efficient & friendly, shows are well done & they do a good job with a variety of activities. There was a concerning issue this trip that they didn't seem to share my concern because it wasn't fixed days later. 'By not having cars or trucks on the property, it was very peaceful and quiet. The "inside out" design of the resort with its white adobe brick walls, the mangrove forest, and the lush vegetation everywhere made me feel that I was surrounded by the natural world of this former presidential retreat. 'Very large, spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the airport, making it ideal for a stopover while traveling through Mexico. For longer stays, there are perhaps better options nearby with access to beach facilities.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'
