'Beach front from any floor . Everything was absolutely amazing. Food was awesome. Activities were fun . Never a dull moment. I could do without the big tub on the balcony taking up 1/2 of the balcony space. Never used it as ur neighbor could lean over and look at you . '

'I was with my husband and our 3-year-old baby. First of all, we booked a front ocean view room, but they gave us a palms view room with very poor condition and amenities. The shower head had rust, a broken sink, a mirror with rust, and the restroom was not clean (there was dry pee). I reported everything to the front desk. We came for 4 nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately, we had to wait one night to change the room to a clean one with the better view that we had paid...

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'
