'The location was great for us. Close to where my daughter works and easy access to the Blue Line. I don't mind the lack of direct contact with staff people and we didn't have any unmet needs. It was very stormy the first night we were there and the windows made a great deal of noise. The storm abated the second night and it was much quieter.'

'We absolutely loved our stay. So much room for our family of 5. We loved waking up to stunning views of the Lake and city scape. The place was spotless when we arrived (kudos to the cleaning staff). Great location, walkable to so many things but also right on the red line. I don’t think we will be able to stay anywhere else during future trips to Chicago!'

'First of all, the location is perfect for easily getting around the majority of attractions we wanted to see. The unit is very clean. There is even a Jewel-Osco in the building, so grabbing supplies is quick and easy.The building (and apparently all high rises in Chicago) are regulated so either the heat is on or the cooling is on, the unit itself can't be switched.
