'This property is thoughtfully laid out and great for a large group or family. It's clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The four rooms are large, with plenty of beds. Loved the kitchen layout. It's close to all the great attractions in downtown San Antonio. Any questions I had were always answered in a timely manner by the staff. Would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises. It had everything we needed for a home away from home.'

When we arrived, the house was already in poor condition. Several areas showed visible damage and lack of maintenance, making it clear the property was not properly prepared for guests.
