'The apartment served us well. There aren't a lot of choices in the area, parking was a plus.'

'Stay has permanent residents with a big dog living above you. Between running around & barking in the middle of the night, couldn’t have 1 full night of sleep.'

'The area was a great location within walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Something to be aware of is that the stairs are very steep so this could be challenge if you have any mobility issues. The window units kept this top level apartment very cool. Great water pressure in the shower. We had issues renewing and extending the parking which was stressful but thankfully my car was okay. Overall this stay was a bit pricey but comfortable!'

'The property itself was very nice. Location for us was convenient and walking up and down the stairs was not a bother. Not sure if bringing our own body wash or shampoo was listed but would have liked to have known in advance. We did leave some so hopefully the next group will be happy. Also, the bed and sofa are squeaky. Overall nice.'

'I stayed here for one night while attending a Morgan Wallen concert, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out.Parking was convenient, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I felt right at home. Everything about my stay was smooth, relaxing, and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here...

'Dave was an incredible host! The apartment was perfect for our stay. Super clean and comfortable.'

'Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good.'

'Dave is super easy to deal with. Truly enjoyable.'

'The place was perfect, tucked away down an alley but the host gave excellent directions and pictures to find it easily. Everything was pristine. Hot shower, comfy bed, very functional space. There are stairs at 2 levels, be mindful of that. The balcony was cozy. There was a small hiccup about early check-in but Alberto explained everything & it was accommodated for a fee. I needed a last minute stay for the night for a family emergency. It worked out well. The place is spacious enough for a...

'The space is perfect for 3 adults or two parents and two children. The location was wonderful and even though it is a hot spot you can’t really hear any street noise. It felt very safe walking around day or night. There is a sprouts grocery store within walking distance. However, though we were told the pull out bed had no bed linens and towels would not be refreshed during our week stay. We also needed to know there were only two regular sized dinner plates. Also, some people would prefer...

'It was wonderful. Will definitely stay again.'
