'I describe this apartment as shabby chic! It is eclectic. But clean and comfortable. (The cushions on the sofa did feel damp, but I am thinking it was a combination of the fabric and humidity ... welcome to the south! - Simply putting down a blanket solved the problem). I was pleased to see the bed had been upgraded to a king! The fenced in backyard was wonderful when traveling with a dog and the view and beach access was great! Thank you for a great stay!'

'It was just the right size for my husband and I to spend a weekend away. Right on the beach, with a pool my husband described as the perfect size and temperature. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and the screened in porch had very relaxing furniture to enjoy more time outside. 'You only take a few steps and you are on the beach! It is convenient to the town of Folly Beach with many very good restaurants and the Pier area. You can walk to town in less than 10 minutes. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, and there was good TV reception. This is a good value for the money. Give it a try! You will be glad you did!'

'The property was very easy to find and access with good parking and seemed to be in a very quiet part of the town We have stayed on Folly approximately 10 times, and this was one of our better experiences. Everything was clean as a pin with beautiful ocean front views and just a short 5 minute walk to the pier. We really hated to leave. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is just looking for a nice leisurely stay.'
