'Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!'

'This property is in a very bad part of Dallas, homeless all over the place. Parking is not free it is valet parking.The building looks to be an converted office building you must be aware of your surrounding at all times when going to the parking lot or returning to the building '

'SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel'

'Overall my stay was fine. Besides having to climb stairs. No TV in the rooms. One bathtub had hair and water wasn't going down quickly. Plumber was needed. There were 3 huge dead roaches when first arrived. And seemed like down hair was on the sofa. Quiet neighborhood though. Not a lot of in or out of other tenants. '

'This is a beautiful and well-appointed apartment. It was perfect for my son and I with the two sleeping areas. The apartment is centrally located and close to many freeways so it is great if you will be traveling around Dallas. The parking was in a garage on the level of the apartment which was nice. The check-in instructions were thorough and easy to follow. I will say that with its location being near freeways, you will hear the sounds of cars and the freeway activity. If you are a light...
