'Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. I arrived a bit too early and they were able to provide me with a room hours before my check-in time. I did notice that the elevators were a bit too crowded when there are Conferences going on and since you're not able to easily switch elevators, you might stop on every floor before getting to the lobby (which might be a few of you're high up). Other than that, loved my stay here and would definitely come back again'

'This is an outstanding, classic and very elegant old school hotel in the center of downtown. It reminded us of the Plaza in NYC. Much is easily accessible, including Gastown and the waterfront. If you travel light and have a cruise booked, you can even easily walk to the docks and check in to your ship, though cabs are abundant.
