'Hello,
I am reaching out regarding our recent stay at your hotel because, unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with the condition of our room and the overall experience.
There were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable and fell below the expectations we had when booking:
* Smoke odor: Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite being designated as a non-smoking room.
* Coffee maker: The coffee maker in the room did not work.
* Shower: The shower was visibly filthy and...

'This hotel is probably one of the worst I have ever stayed in. Got a room with fridge and microwave. The microwave had caught fire and was unplugged, the vent/light in bathroom was rusted and missing cover, tv was busted and greasy, spots all over the floor. Terrible smell. Fridge was busted and not clean. Roach crawled up the wall. Shower also busted and cracked.'

'They didn't have a stopper for the bathroom sink. The furniture was out dated. The rug felt dirty. You could see through the curtains. Is was a hassle trying to get up with staff. Not one did they offer clean towels or to clean room. I took out the trash myself and had no bags for the trash can. The ice bucket was cracked on the buttom. So I took the liberty to throw it out.
The only thing I like about it the price was reasonable.'
