Hotels met roomservice in Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge

'The building is under maintenance in the main lobby so you have to walk/drive down to the echonolodge but if you really think about it it was a great walk from the rooms on top the hill to the bottom and back in the mountain area. The lady we spoke too to check in was so nice and chatty and the room was just as a hotel should be. Clean towels and the ac was on when we arrived, the balcony had the most beautiful view of the Great Smokey Mountains, and the beds were nice and bug and stain free....

'It was a nice place with a beautiful creek and the creek had chairs next to it so you could just sit down and enjoy it for a bit'

'The lobby was the best part of the hotel. The hallways were so hot. No A/C running in the halls. The breakfast was in the attached Mexican restaurant. It was ok. No soap in the women's room near the lobby. The room was clean and had working AC. The downstairs/lobby and hallway area needed a fresh coat of paint.'
