'Nice side deck for morning coffee. On a main downtown street so very convenient to get to other places and perfect for front lawn fireworks viewing. Park just 2 blocks away where 4th of July events were taking place. Added bonus! Entire house was very clean. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with enough cooking supplies for our family meals. Very hot weather and owner thoughtfully had cooling mist fans in the upstairs rooms. Walk-in shower in primary bedroom on main floor very nice for our elderly...

'We enjoyed our stay and is in a great locationThe fenced yard was perfect to accommodate playtime for 2 well behaved energetic dogs, toys and bowls were supplied if needed. Property owners were quick to respond to all my communications. It has a well stocked kitchen and bathroom with needed supplies and plenty of towels/toiletries. It was less clean than I would have expected. '

'We enjoyed the short time we spent here. Nice neighborhood area that felt safe. The house is older, but we enjoyed the character. It would be nice to have a more homey feel, it definitely feels more like a rental. There should be more shelves to place things and hooks for towels etc. would stay again if we’re in the area!'

'You need to book this house just to see all the amazing collections inside! Our host Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The house was just minutes from Studio D2D and fun neighborhoods in Grand Rapids. Great experience. '

'The family (a small one) gathered here for Mothers Day weekend. It's a nice place with most everything you need in a rental. Plenty of beds and three TVs. The kitchen has limited equipment, if you plan on cooking. The house is showing it's age on the outside.Nice little lake, great hot tub/pool, and a canoe and kayaks available. The nearby restaurants are both good. We would use again, and the owners have other units on the property, both large & small.'

'Awesome stay. House is very comfortable and in a perfect location. We walked to and from downtown. Communication with the host was as easy as could be and she responded extremely quick. Will definitely stay here again next time we make our way to Grabd Rapids. '

'We stayed at the cabin for one night, and it was perfect for our needs. Check-in was easy, the space was clean and neat, and very cozy. The host did a great job of communicating good local options for restaurants and activities, we really enjoyed the local farmer's market on Saturday morning. We also enjoyed the bird feeders outside the windows - we got a visit by a hummingbird in the morning! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!'
