'The place was great, but a little bit noisy from traffic on the highway nearby. The host was responsive to our requests. The only big issue was the very skinny spiral stairs leading to the bedrooms. Fine for those under age 30, but maybe not so easy for us. We're all old and over 65. We're all in very good shape, so it didn't make much difference, but it might for some.'

'I really wanted to sit outside and have a fire in stone fireplace but it was by host side of the house. Didn’t like being attached to her actual home. Everything else was great if I stayed there again it would be one of the other houses, on the property. Have to drive to town or uber'

'You (VRBO) need to immediately remove this listing from your service. To start, it's very deceptive. The property "management" is not upfront about what this is, which is a disgusting, creepy room rental. It is NOT a bed & breakfast. Which I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to eat a damn thing from the people who run it, much less, cook in that kitchen! The management team/owners are deceptive. They are not transparent in their listing. That's strike one. They don't leave the space you're in while...

'The place was very close to Confort, Texas and about 30 mns drive to Fredericksburg. The place offered everything you would need for your stay.'

'We did enjoy the house, location, and amenities. Bring your Kcups and enjoy coffee on the front porch. If you get caught in an evening rain, the gas fp offers a quick warm-up. All in all, very nice. Parking is on the street, but it’s a VERY wide street and quiet area. Only 1-1/2 blocks from the main downtown area. I knocked one star, because I think the toilet area of primary bath was missed in cleaning. A lot of long hair and dust in that area - not the case with the rest of the house....
