'The house was nice generally but the room I stayed in was very musty and smelled like cigarettes. The towels were horribly musty. It’s a must to use bleach on hotel towels but these smelled like it was not being used. The room mattress was way too soft for me. Finally, they required a $200 deposit which was not for incidentals but “in case there’s damage to the room”'

'We were really looking forward to the hot tub and it was the main reason we booked this place. When we looked at it, it was cloudy and dirty. We later found out it was broken. We ended up not staying either of the two nights we booked here. It seems fair to get a some refund since the hot tub was broken.'

'This property is so close to being great. There is a reason it is cheaper than other places. Here are the things to consider when booking:#1 - and probably most important - the host was not appropriately responsive to problems. The cord on skillet was cut and hot plate was malfunctioning so we were unable to cook anything and had to waste groceries and eat out. There was a microwave but food we had needed skillet. 'Two of the towels were not cleaned and still hanging behind the bathroom door. Some of the towels had stains on them. The property was ok but not super clean. It was just for one night so we were fine with it otherwise would not recommend staying in it for multiple days. The sofa bed was quite old. Definitely not worth $200+ per night.'
