'Very clean and nice hotel with accommodating staff. They also organize a decent amount of events to keep you occupied if that's what you're into. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars this time is becuase we waited over an hour for breakfast on the rooftop on our last day which put a bit of a damper on the return travels.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Hard Rock Cancun is small but inviting. Service staff was great but stay clear of the pushy vacation planners staff. Evening dinners require a reservation so book your dinners for each night of your stay as soon as you arrive. Any of the restaurants can accommodate booking reservations for all restaurants. 'Just a regular location, nothing too special about it. Beach is a 10min walk but the mall is literally next door. Cleanliness is bad, had to ask the hotel folks to come up and clean it again. The pool on the roof is amazing but expect loud music and alot of crowd on good days. Food at the Azulinda restaurant is fantastic!'

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'
