Vind je ideale hotel in Hidalgo

'I have never left a review, but felt compelled to write this one. This hotel was nice and facility itself was gorgeous, but I felt we were paying too much for not a ton on return. We often waited 1+ hour to be served food, only for the food to come out with a hair in it, had to wake up at 7am every day just to hope to get a pool spot (there were plenty of places, but at least half were ones that would require extra payment), and often had miscommunications with the staff that left us feeling...

'We were hit with a Time Share like ask right at check in. Say no, they were doing a hard sell. Very slow service around the pool and at the beach. The French and Italian restaurants were excellent. The pool entertainment staff were great. '

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Zeer goede verblijf gehad en super vriendelijk personeel, TOP!'

'Noisy airco in the room, noisy room in general (I could hear all cars roaming around the avenue during the night, making a bad quality sleep). Drinks were not the best quality, and not very consistent from one bar to another. Royal buffet food was not the best. The room was clean, staff were nice and attentive, although not very consistent. Tour agency sold us a jungle tour saying we would go to the reef and the underwater museum, however we only snorkled on the reef, there was no underwater...

'The rooms were always cleaned every day. Sometimes they would come twice a day if they could. The staff at the hotel and outside were very sweet and helpful! Loved that the beach was right there and all the amenities they had to offer! Would definitely visit again! '

'Just a regular location, nothing too special about it. Beach is a 10min walk but the mall is literally next door. Cleanliness is bad, had to ask the hotel folks to come up and clean it again. The pool on the roof is amazing but expect loud music and alot of crowd on good days. Food at the Azulinda restaurant is fantastic!'

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'
