'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'We had an amazing time. We had a party of 5 and the Staff was extremely attentive: The spa was relaxing and exhilarating, entertainers at the pool were fun and enjoyable. 'Hard Rock Cancun is small but inviting. Service staff was great but stay clear of the pushy vacation planners staff. Evening dinners require a reservation so book your dinners for each night of your stay as soon as you arrive. Any of the restaurants can accommodate booking reservations for all restaurants. 'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'
