'When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!'

'For what you pay for the balcony and lake view isn’t worth is rooms run down, no hot water and dirty not updated balcony. The restaurant on property we went to for three days was awful service even when only people in restaurant. Way over priced for the pack of service Very disappointing'

'Very basic. Breakfast was basic, rooms need an update and at least a toilet seat that doesn’t slide away while you are on it. Has a lot of potential though.'

'We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection.'

'We were there three days. Never saw the cleaning staff. Said they would do a daily light clean - never happened never got garbage, never gave us fresh towels, never gave us additional coffee cups. Don't like the shower, no where to set your foot when shaving legs.also, we arrived a few hours early and simply asked if a room might already be available. We were told we have to pay an extra $30 to go into a room before the stated checkin time. Just not customer oriented.'

'Sincere was amazing! He greeted us warmly and was super professional. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location for restaurants and shopping. Easy to find. The staff at the bar was also friendly and knowledgeable. '

'The rooms are clean. The ladies work hard to keep it clean. The area has an Olive Garden right across which was nice. The only thing we didn’t like and the most important is the check in counter staff. They are all terrible, not just one all of them they should get trained to do better. It was bad. They are rude and they start laughing at patrons and they have no customer service skills.'
