'Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait approximately 15–20 minutes before receiving assistance. Unfortunately, no apology was offered for the delay. Later, I called the front desk to request spoons and forks and was told they would be delivered to our room. After waiting for some time and receiving nothing, I had to go down to the lobby myself to pick them up. When I arrived, the front desk employee appeared occupied with her cellphone and seemed to have forgotten...

'We should have known there were going to be issues with this hotel as soon as we arrived. There was a police car in the parking lot on a call. The door to the room looked like it had been previously forced open/broken into. As soon as we walked into the room it immediately felt damp in the air. The sheets were moist to the touch and the room smelled badly. We tried to reach out immediately to the front desk to let them know we were not happy. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and...
